The account of any student, jobseeker will be terminated or blocked by nboard, if we find any fraudulent and misleading or harmful content submitted by students, jobseekers. Students, jobseekers are advised to upload their resumes which are error free and free from viruses, malwares, spywares and other malicious programs. If any such content or information found, the access will be blocked for the users without prior notification.

Terms for companies

Companies have capability to post and fill their vacancies through nboard and they can connect with colleges registered with nboard. We suggest companies to keep their account information and credentials secure to restrict the access from others. The information posted by companies should be very clear, non-misleading and understandable for every user. We have right to delete or block any company account without prior notice, if we find any fraudulent, misleading and harmful data in company account. The posting submitted by company will be posted for our users after the approval of Administrator. We recommend companies to validate your information before submission to remove unlawful and illegal content; otherwise nboard should not accountable for the legal actions applied.

Disputes

• You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to this Statement or Nboard.in exclusively in a state level court located in Hyderabad.
